Shipping Policy

All orders are processed in 1-3 days. (Excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will also receive an email when your items have shipped.
We utilize USPS and UPS for our shipping methods.

During Summer Months orders will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday.

Shipping Rates and Estimates-

Shipping charges are a Flat Rate Fee of $9.00

Local Pickup-

Currently we do not have a retail location.

Pickup can be made at our home when pre-scheduled after order has been placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges may be made on a case-by-case basis. Shipping charges for items returned or exchange would be the Buyers responsibility. Product must be unused and in its original condition.

If your product arrives damaged, please email us at info@sotamade.com as soon as possible within 48 hours of delivery if damage is found. Pictures of packaging and damage to items will be requested and necessary.
